SAA’s Acro classes follow the Syllabus of Acrobatic Arts, focusing on safe and effective progressions across five key areas: flexibility, strength, balancing, limbering, and tumbling.
Developed with input from leading professionals in dance, gymnastics, yoga, Pilates, and physiotherapy, this comprehensive program takes dancers from basic rolls to advanced tumbling with confidence and control.
Students learn tricks safely using mats, adding something special to their performances. This class is highly recommended for all dancers, helping to improve overall technique and versatility.
